Cottman,Crawford and the Jersey guy.
Spirit Halloween Superfan
A vacant storefront turns into a beacon, and our family calendar rearranges itself around one word: Spirit. We dig into how a pop-up chain became a full-blown culture—from saving up for animatronics to lining a driveway with jump-scares that make the neighborhood scream and cheer in the same breath. With our resident superfan (the NJ Kid) leading the charge, we trade stories about open-box steals, legendary props like Harvester of Souls and Buzz Saw, and the first time walking into a store that felt more like a ride queue than retail.
We get nerdy about the guts too. Zombie Squad support, recall fixes, and DIY repairs turn breakdowns into bonding time: jammed fans, stripped gears, and the satisfaction of swapping parts yourself. We tour Spirit’s evolving in-store experiences and Easter eggs—the lab era, the carnival with collectible tickets, this year’s subway set—and the nine-foot Young Hee from Squid Game calling red light, green light in two languages. Jack the Reaper steps off the logo with head-tracking that pushes the tech envelope, and the community documents what works, what fails, and which batches to hunt. Flagship trips in Egg Harbor have grown into pilgrimages with DJs, giveaways, and YouTubers like Nate Guy and Brick Thunder turning store aisles into meetup halls.
Back home, the season spills into our space: oil portraits that flip from calm to cursed, webbed shower curtains, and a hallway guarded by the Grady twins. We share how to stage outdoor scares without outdoor-rated props, rotate nightly features, and go all-in on Halloween night so every step up the driveway feels intentional. Along the way we weigh theme park haunts, talk budgeting, and admit that not every animatronic is a winner—and why that’s part of the fun. Subscribe for more of our Halloween series, share this episode with your favorite haunter, and drop a review with the Spirit prop you’d buy first. Stay spooky.

Hey everyone, welcome to CC and the NJ Guy Podcast. How's everyone doing today? Ex Melanti. Awesome. So we are going to be doing the second part of our five-part series, which is Halloween for the whole month of October. Five, five.
SPEAKER_04:You're doing it.
SPEAKER_03:There's gonna be five Wednesdays as we drop our podcasts on. Yes. So this episode we are talking about Spirit Halloween. And I have the number one fan here, my son. Hello. So I'm the NJ guy. He is the NJ kid.
SPEAKER_00:Yep.
SPEAKER_03:Awesome. Awesome. Awesome. Awesome. So let's talk about Spirit Halloween. So Spirit Halloween opened up in 1983. We got 83. And they're owned by who?
SPEAKER_00:Oh, Spencer's.
SPEAKER_03:Spencers. Everybody knows Spencer's.
SPEAKER_04:Everybody knows Spencer's yep.
SPEAKER_03:We all love Spencers. It's a crazy store. They got some crazy stuff in there. You're not allowed in the back of the store. You got to stay in the first half. Right.
SPEAKER_04:But uh yeah. But you'll get there one day. Yeah, yeah. When you're 21.
SPEAKER_03:Yeah. But, you know, anyway, so you know, spirit has been like this like thing that's, I feel like it's kind of re-energized, like Halloween, where like people are like really excited about you. They start seeing the spirit hall. I agree.
SPEAKER_05:Because I get excited when I know it's open or it's around and it's in the neighborhood. I'm like, what? It opened up? Oh, I gotta go there. I gotta go.
SPEAKER_00:It's like it opens up and then like I'm like going there right away, and then like I save up a bunch of money like for the year to like get a bunch of animatronics or something.
SPEAKER_03:So let me tell you, the audience here. My son, he loves Spirit Halloween so much that he will save all his money from his birthday, from allowance, from Christmas to buy animatronics. Oh, you want to show everybody already? All right, all right, all right, all right, be careful. Watch the chords. So you're gonna show everybody. Oh, you want to give a little demo? All right. All right, all right. Watch what you're doing, be careful. Be careful.
SPEAKER_06:Yeah, watch the picture.
SPEAKER_04:You know, why don't you put it forward a little bit? He could do it on his lap.
SPEAKER_05:Yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_04:Do it on your lap forward. Just do it on your lap.
SPEAKER_05:So turn it on. That's the spider that jumps, right? Yeah. All right. I've seen that one. That's pretty cool. Right.
SPEAKER_03:Oh, and he jumps out and he scares you. It's a nice That's pretty creepy. So that's a jump scare prop. So now who sets up the house.
SPEAKER_04:Watch your step. Watch your step. There you go. Set it up or you set up the house.
SPEAKER_03:Uh we're both set up. He's he's trust me. No, no, no. We'll do that one later. We'll do that one later. We'll show it a little bit. Yeah, yeah. Sit down so we can talk a little. Swing in. Yeah, yeah. We'll we'll show that later. So, like, yeah, so this this kid, he's he is like the orchestrator amp right now, man. It's like so like when we're setting up Halloween, he is giving all the orders. He's kissing everybody around. He's telling this is what gets set up. This is what we're doing. He's in charge. Does he get that from Tara? Maybe. I have no idea.
SPEAKER_05:By the way, she's here sitting up at the end. Yes, she's off camera. We have an audience today, actually. We got an audience today. So we have to do it. So like something you get an order.
SPEAKER_00:So like uh we like went to a spear Halloween, like that used to like be a party city. Right. And like I saw an animatronic that was like from 2021. So like obviously I asked how much it was. It's usually$300. We got for such a good price.$100.
SPEAKER_03:Yeah, so we did get an o nice open box deal recently, Buzz Saw, which is he is the he's got like he's like a big fat farmer guy with overalls, but he's he's got an R he's got like circular saw on one arm that actually spins. Okay. And he's got a mallet for his other arm. So he's got you know. And then, you know, he says goofy things like Did you see that?
SPEAKER_06:I saw that.
SPEAKER_03:You know I saw that.
SPEAKER_01:Oh, that's funny. Let me cut you down.
SPEAKER_04:Yeah.
SPEAKER_03:That's great, man. But yeah, we got a good deal on him. So sometimes you get lucky, you get the open box deals. You know, it was just it was like the there was like a tear in the box, and because it was last year, it was like a third of the years.
SPEAKER_05:So that's the other thing about Spirit Halloween, too, because it has all these Exactly You know, you go back and they have the ones from the few the previous years. Yeah, yeah, yeah. And you get them for you know, they don't not bring them back. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_06:But at the same time, they just, you know, and uh Wellduck.
SPEAKER_05:And then they you know, but that's the good thing going, because you know, if you want to get the same thing you got the last time, you know. So I I like Spirit Halloween. I get excited when it comes, man. And I think you're right. I think it did vital, it just definitely rejuvenated, made everybody want to just go.
SPEAKER_03:So what are we gonna say? Go ahead.
SPEAKER_00:Oh, I got forgot I forgot something. I gotta go rob it.
SPEAKER_03:What are you gonna get?
SPEAKER_00:I just got today.
SPEAKER_03:No, no, no. Watch the wire though. Watch the wire. Go nowhere. Step and we're going, where'd he go? Oh, it's all right. You sit down. Don't worry about it. Oh, you're fine.
SPEAKER_01:Careful.
SPEAKER_03:All right, sorry.
SPEAKER_01:This is great.
SPEAKER_03:This is great, man. Oh my god. Why don't you talk about why you like Spear Halloween? Why don't you tell us about your first time going to Spirit Halloween? Tell us describe what your feeling was the first time you walked in.
SPEAKER_00:Alright. So I first went to what year was it? It was 2021. I first went to Spirit Halloween and I was like, oh, this place is cool. And I was like, I went inside and then like there's like a bunch of animatronics that are like they're like cheaper than now, because like they're like that happens.
SPEAKER_03:But what what what what what excited you about it? Was it the animatronics? Was it the spookiness? What was it?
SPEAKER_00:I went in and like of course I loved the animatronics, so I started setting off the step pad. And like then a friend came that and we didn't know that they were gonna come, and then like we started setting off every single animatronic.
SPEAKER_04:That is great. Which was your favorite?
SPEAKER_00:From 2021?
SPEAKER_04:Yep.
SPEAKER_00:Probably still buzz off.
SPEAKER_03:Yeah, yeah. So and we got him now, so that's exciting.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah. And then like I uh went in 2022 and I started to get animatronics.
SPEAKER_03:Alright. So who so who is our first animatronic?
SPEAKER_00:Uh actually it was Sitting Scarecrow.
SPEAKER_03:Sitting Scarecing Scarecrow. And can you describe to the audience what Sitting Scarecrow does? What is he? What is it?
SPEAKER_00:So like it has a candy bowl that like comes with it.
SPEAKER_03:Okay. And there's a sensor in the candy bowl.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah, and like when you grab in to reach candy, like like the head pops up and you're never expecting it.
SPEAKER_03:Yeah, it's great. It's a jump scare prop, too.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah. And then we um went to another Spear Halloween and we got a new anim shot called Mr. Dark.
SPEAKER_02:Yes.
SPEAKER_00:Yes, we s I still like We didn't get Mr.
SPEAKER_02:Dark.
SPEAKER_00:When?
SPEAKER_03:We don't have Mr.
SPEAKER_04:Dark. He just wants to happen letting you know that's what he wants next. Oh okay.
SPEAKER_03:Well they've reskinned that same prop several times. So we actually did this year by a reskinned Mr. Dark, which what's he called?
SPEAKER_00:It's a uh no, I meant to say Harvester of Souls.
SPEAKER_03:Harvester of Souls. Okay, so Harvester of Souls. Can you describe to to the audience what what is what does Mr. uh not Mr. Dark, see I'm saying that. Yeah. Harvester of Souls does souls do.
SPEAKER_00:So like it's like this creepy, like Reaper guy, and like he like is like holding a little girl, and then like he lifts up the girl, he says some stupid phrase or something, and then like he's like, look at me.
SPEAKER_01:And then like Yeah, it goes just as all the others have. And then like now that I have you, your soul will be mine forever.
SPEAKER_00:And also, you can like hook up a fog machine to it, so it actually looks like he sucked your soul.
SPEAKER_03:Yeah, so that's pulling that mist out of her mouth, right? So the fog machine comes out of the little girl's mouth, and then he has a fan in him and it sucks in the looks like it is super creepy, man.
SPEAKER_05:It's like this is wrong on all levels, yeah.
SPEAKER_00:And then like uh last year we were going to call it Zombie Squad, which actually image is your animatronics. Yes, right.
SPEAKER_03:Let's why don't you tell the audience about that? What is Zombie Squad? What is what is that?
SPEAKER_00:So Zombie Squad is um this like partner, like collab with Spirit Halloween or something.
SPEAKER_03:No, it's owned by Spirit Halloween.
SPEAKER_00:Oh, it is? Yeah, yeah. And like they like, you like have to like hit them up or something to like if your like animatronic is like broken or something, you have to like call them and like you tell them you have to like send a picture or a video for proof.
SPEAKER_03:It's like their tech support. Yeah, and they send you parts like and then like sell them the part. Oh, really? So So you can fix your animatronics and it's like. So that's the great thing about Spirit Halloween. That's right, is they have a whole tech support service. They give you parts if the thing's broken, and even if there's recalls, sometimes I think they do recalls on stuff. Like I think that one Mr. Dark that you mentioned before, he had plastic gears, and I know that like they redid him with metal gears, so I don't know if you the plastic gear breaks would descend you a couple of years. It possibly does, yeah.
SPEAKER_05:After a while, we'd probably yeah.
SPEAKER_00:The thing is, we had to call Zombie Squad once because we had um an animatronic called Mr. Punchy.
SPEAKER_05:That's a cool name.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah, he's uh half animatronic and half inflatable. Like the bottom of him is inflatable.
SPEAKER_03:He looks like a weeble, so he's a little bit.
SPEAKER_00:And like I like, I like touch like the motor and like like it's like click and click click click. Yeah, I touched the motor and like stuff got in my hand, like grease that like told you guys, and then we like set him off, and then it started doing like click, click, click. It'd be cold zombie squad, and we um actually like got a new piece for that.
SPEAKER_05:Nice. Nice. And did you help your father put it in when he got it?
SPEAKER_00:Uh yeah, I actually did that by myself now.
SPEAKER_05:You did? Oh, nice. Excuse me. That's what I'm talking about. There you go. Yeah, why not? It's good to be good with your heads.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah, and Harster of Souls, I'm like, so the thing is there was like a like the fan, like, it like broke and we didn't know what was causing it. This year, like while we were building it, we realized that there was a like fabric inside the fan.
SPEAKER_05:And so I was jammed up.
SPEAKER_00:So like we just pulled it out. Yeah.
SPEAKER_03:And it was like, so the fan wasn't working, we didn't see there's a tiny little thing, and it was going right through the fan. And it was holding it up.
SPEAKER_00:And then like we just pull it out, because like going through the fan, so like we could actually see it. We just pull it out. We don't really have to use any tweez, we just use your hand.
SPEAKER_05:There you go.
SPEAKER_03:So maybe you can tell people.
SPEAKER_05:Well, hang out, hold on. Real quick. My wife has the blow-ups for Christmas and stuff. Yeah, yeah. So one time she had she had a blow up that wasn't good anymore, it ripped or whatever, but the snowman wasn't working. I took the fan out of that one and put it in that one, rewired it and put it in, and then I got it to work.
SPEAKER_03:So I was able to switch it over. They do sell if you go on Amazon. You get the replacement fans. They do. And some of them even have the LED lights attached to them so you can reinstall the LED lights. Because let's want to share that because you know he's talking about fixing it.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah, so the thing is there's an animatronic this year, like every year there's like animatronic that like something's wrong with them. Oh, there's an animatronic this year, uh, two head case Harry.
SPEAKER_05:So like Headcase Harry.
SPEAKER_00:Like, he has like two heads that are like attached to each other. Oh, and it's probably head case Harry floating around? Yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_05:He's doing jerky poison. Yeah.
SPEAKER_03:Head case Harry. And the thing is He's like a he's like a clown that's like a Siamese twin, so he's got like two heads in one. Oh that's cool. But like they always mess, there's every year, I feel like they're like.
SPEAKER_00:But let me say it. So like the thing is, like, his mouth moves, right? Okay, the plastic inside of his mouth keeps ripping.
SPEAKER_05:Oh.
SPEAKER_00:I found this out because like I was watching like scrolling on YouTube, like doom scrolling or something. Okay. And then like that video randomly comes up. I was looking up like Spirit Halloween animatronic fails, and that short comes up. And like it says like head case hairy fail, and then like re it sees the plastic ripping. Like, that happens.
SPEAKER_05:And then it shows you how to fix it, right?
SPEAKER_00:It doesn't actually show you how to fix it. No.
SPEAKER_03:And they do recall. Like, what was the year? Who was the one that got messed up with the one with the balloon?
SPEAKER_00:Oh yeah.
SPEAKER_03:Because you could talk about that, that one that messed up and they recalled it.
SPEAKER_00:Totally forgot his name.
SPEAKER_03:Huh? Like you Oh, headless Horseman? Oh, heckles.
SPEAKER_00:Heckles, yeah. So like, yeah, that happened too with him.
SPEAKER_03:Yeah, he had like a what his like the latex was all messed up and he was like, err. His face looks all like messed up. So they did a recall on him, and they they they stopped production and then they restarted production with the new head. And then if you had they called Zombie SWAT, they'd send you the new head or the new latex. But it's the same character though?
SPEAKER_06:Yeah, yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_03:Okay, cool.
SPEAKER_00:We have to talk about how the they messed up the mascot this year, animatronic.
SPEAKER_05:The what? The mascot from who?
SPEAKER_00:Yeah, the mascot from the store.
SPEAKER_03:Oh, the mascot. Oh, okay. Unfortunately, so it's that was Who was the original mascot? So if you look at oh we're all we're both wearing the special theme shirts, but the actual the the regular logo, that is what's his name?
SPEAKER_00:Jack the Reaper. Feet and there was like a sign that says, feel like you were being watched. Yeah, it is a cool.
SPEAKER_03:Maybe you can explain to them what he does.
SPEAKER_00:So basically he got a tracking motion, which makes him like$330.
SPEAKER_03:That's genuine? Yeah, so his head follows you almost. Is is like if you're standing in front of them and you move to the side, his head follows you. That's great. That's awesome.
SPEAKER_00:The tracking is like It's breaking so easily.
SPEAKER_03:Oh yeah. But the thing is, you gotta figure out they fit. Is this the first time they're doing that, too? Second one. Oh, so the first one they did on what was it called?
SPEAKER_00:A clow. I forgot his name correctly.
SPEAKER_03:But yeah.
SPEAKER_00:So like yeah, nibble.
SPEAKER_05:Nibbles the clown. They had it. And then there's like a quick question. Uh to get away from the whole the break-in. How about the way you set them up? Do you set them up a certain way? Is there a certain way that they have to be for you to when you set it up for Halloween? Like, you know?
SPEAKER_00:Really? We just bring them outside and like we just set them up like normal. Okay.
SPEAKER_04:Well, do you set them up the same way every year, every yeah, or do you change it up?
SPEAKER_00:Sometimes like we like they have instruction manuals like that shows you like instructions to build the animatronic. They all have the same pieces, but like each year, sometimes we put them in a different spot, which really doesn't really ch like change the setup of the animatronics.
SPEAKER_03:Yeah, but what we do is we um because the unfortunate part is the Spirit Halloween ones aren't really designed for outdoor use.
SPEAKER_02:They're either they're either it says indoor or covered porch. So we don't have a covered porch.
SPEAKER_03:So what we end up doing is we do put them outside, but because they're not good for rain, what we do is we bring them inside every day. So what we end up doing is we put like two, three, four of the most uh out of day, and then bring them outside, and then on Halloween we put them all out. Right. So we he like them, you know? Right. Oh, that makes sense. Because you do want them outside for a little bit, right? And the way our drive our our house is set up is you have to walk up the driveway, and then there's a little small like sidewalk that goes to the front of our house. Right. So what we do is we'll line the whole driveway up with the animatronics on Halloween. So if the trick-or-treaters are coming, I got all these animatronics coming up the driveway. And it's like a little cream.
SPEAKER_04:Yeah, yeah, yeah. Very cool. And then a couple on the lawn, you know.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah.
SPEAKER_04:What was your favorite one this year?
SPEAKER_00:Oh, this year, like that they came out with? Yeah.
SPEAKER_04:Yeah. Hmm. Because I went to the Spirit Halloween here by my house in Middletown. Yeah. I thought it was the coolest thing. They had the uh subway train. Oh, that was much more. I fell in love with that. I wanted to get it. I was gonna put it down here, bro.
SPEAKER_00:And that Mutant Sewer Rat, too.
SPEAKER_04:That was great. Oh, yeah.
SPEAKER_00:And also, if you like looked on the top of the train, you if you saw like a thing like missing person, Betty Sharp, which was like an animatronic from 2022.
SPEAKER_03:So this year the ISE is a in-store experience, they call it. Is is the subway system. Okay. But every year they do a different theme, and every year they seem to get more wild with it. Right. Like it's like getting more intense. What was last year? Can you buy that theme? You can't buy it. Yes, you can. That's the thing.
SPEAKER_00:Like at the end of the year, like they sell the setup.
SPEAKER_03:Yeah. That's insane. They sell the setups. And what's a cool one this year? They have they have Young Young Heat.
SPEAKER_00:A Young Heat all, which I was just about to talk about.
SPEAKER_03:Yeah.
SPEAKER_00:So what is the Young Heat doll from? So the Young Heat doll is from Squid Game. And like you.
SPEAKER_03:It's like what is Young Hee known for? What is that?
SPEAKER_00:Uh the red light, green light doll.
SPEAKER_03:Yeah, that's crazy. She's nine feet tall. Yeah. Not like 20 feet tall. Like in the game. In the show. In the show. Right. But it's nine feet tall. Still tall enough.
SPEAKER_00:It's still the setup, but the thing is it's$700 animatronic.
SPEAKER_03:It's an animatronic, but it's part of the in-store experience. Right. So you can buy at the end of the year, but they don't sell them like online because apparently the thing comes in two huge boxes. Not one box, two enormous boxes. So it's not like something that they can mass produce and ship. Yeah. But it's still cool if you can get that at the end of the year, because that's cool. Because that's the red light, green light girl from Squid Games. Like that's so cool. And she does it.
SPEAKER_00:She goes, red light, green light. And they do it in English and Korean. But what I was thinking was cool if like it came with like a red light, green light post that actually like came with it if you bought it. So like you could like set it up on your driveway and like people like have to play along because they think they might actually die.
SPEAKER_04:That's awesome. Yeah. That would be great.
SPEAKER_00:I think you could actually like buy a like a like a prop. You probably could, yeah.
SPEAKER_05:Yeah, probably. A street light.
SPEAKER_00:Maybe you could like buy it or something. Maybe that'd be like you could actually buy like a real street light. Yeah, I think that's a good thing.
SPEAKER_04:Yeah, I think they have them. You could probably like a real street light. Like the one, yeah, like a traffic light.
SPEAKER_03:They sell they sell them, they sell ones that are realistic too.
SPEAKER_06:Yeah. Yeah.
SPEAKER_00:And let's get back to Jack the Reaper. Yes, sir.
SPEAKER_06:All right.
SPEAKER_00:So like I wanted to get Jack the Reaper. Like we were talking about like how he's broken and stuff. But the thing is, I think they fixed that already. Cause we went to our store. It's been like a month now, and it's still working. The motion tracking center is still working. Yeah.
SPEAKER_03:I know because we were dead set on buying Jack the Reaper. We're like, if Spirit Halloween comes out with a Jack the Reaper and Michael, we're buying it. And then we saw that like it kept breaking. They're like, uh But it's not breaking now. Of course, now it's not breaking. But like we saw we because we went to the flagship store. Speaking of, do you want to talk about the flagship store? Oh yeah. Talk about grand opening a flagship store because that is a huge deal in Spirit Halloween. So I but I'll let you explain it, but I just want to give the preface. So just listen. So in Spirit Halloween, they have their flagship store in Egg Harbor. That is their main store. And they do a grand opening before all the other stores they do in August. It's super early. And it's like a big event. They do door prizes, they have a DJ. They have stuff in the parking lot with vendors and stuff. It's a major event. So why don't you talk about so what was the first year we went to the grand opening? So yeah. So what do we do? Do we stayed over we we we stayed overnight, right? Jersey? New Jersey, yeah. Which is like which is like uh I would say like a half hour from Atlantic City. Oh wow, okay.
SPEAKER_05:So it's a nice little ride.
SPEAKER_03:Yeah, yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_00:The problem is, like, this year they didn't do a grand opening.
SPEAKER_03:No. Uh because they were having some trouble with getting stuff overseas because you know there's some laws now with tower-ups and bullshit. Yeah, so it complicated things. Complicated things, yeah.
SPEAKER_04:Yeah, unfortunately. It happens. Oh, that's crazy. So did they end up doing another like did they sort of do? They didn't do the grand opening. They didn't do the grand opening, but did they start did they and when they got everything, did they at least set it up until it was all set up? Yeah, that's good. Yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_03:Okay. But why don't you talk to people about the the flagship grand opening? So why don't you explain what we did? Like we got up early in the morning.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah, so we um so like the We stayed a hotel, right? Yeah, we stayed in a hotel, we get up in early in the morning, and like in 2023, we oak up uh 3 p.m. We go there.
SPEAKER_03:No, no, that was that was 2023. Talk about 2022 first. We got up five or six, right?
SPEAKER_00:Yeah. And then like we go, we s we never like get the bag, like those.
SPEAKER_03:Yeah, yeah, like so like the door prize is like two the first two hundred get this right, they get all kinds of cool stuff. Right. And like we were like 300 and something, or no, we were like 250 or something like that. We didn't make it. So the next year we're like, oh, we're gonna get up at 3 a.m.
SPEAKER_00:And we got like 400.
SPEAKER_03:400 alone at 3 a.m. Because the hype grew up. Because now everybody now, like, in order to get like the first 200, everybody was thinking the same thing you were thinking.
SPEAKER_04:They're like, I'm going early next year. Yeah, it's funny, bro. When you messed up at the same time, yeah.
SPEAKER_00:It's so it's like so stupid. Like, it's like so much.
SPEAKER_04:So have you guys gotten there early enough yet to get a gift bag?
SPEAKER_00:No, we never You only went two times because we knew we were.
SPEAKER_04:Could you order one from them?
SPEAKER_03:You don't think they it's a gift bag? Well, they sell they sell stuff, I think, in a gift bag. Maybe there might have been a couple exclusive things. I don't know. But yeah, it's just like, and then last year we were like, we're not going. Like it's just like it's it's just it's like everybody's doing it. Crazy.
SPEAKER_05:Yeah, it probably gets nuts, you know? Yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_00:Like, it got to like 2,000 people, I think. What?
SPEAKER_04:Yeah, it's crazy. 2,000 people that is raining. That is crazy. Yeah, I'll wait till the next day. Yeah. Me too. Yeah, because like that's just too much for me.
SPEAKER_03:It's become like a cultural thing, you know, now like everybody can play.
SPEAKER_05:Yeah, it's fun. Listen, spare Halloween is cool, man. Yeah. You go in there and it's like, oh man, I wish I had this when I was a kid. Because I did a video recently. Tom and I were talking about doing the videos for TikTok and everything. He said, You just gotta be yourself. So I did I went down and did a video and I talked about the costumes that we had because you had to wear your clothes underneath them, you know, a jacket if it was really cold, and it had to be, you know, but you wanted to wear it on top, and you know, if you didn't, it's a different time. Yeah, exactly. We had the hard masks that would cut into your face. That rubber that were not safe. And the rubber band in the back. Yeah. Yeah. You know, that was cut off the circulation on your head. But it we couldn't wait to wear it though. That was the thing. We couldn't wait to wear whatever it was we had, because that's what it was for the time. But now, you know, they have the really cool ones where you know.
SPEAKER_00:What inflatable costume?
SPEAKER_05:Yeah, I've seen that. Let's get into those. You probably have inflatable ones, right? Yeah.
SPEAKER_03:So you were probably when when Halloween first came out, you were probably what, teenager 20? Yeah, well, you kidding.
SPEAKER_04:In 1804. Halloween what? Halloween.
SPEAKER_03:The first Halloween, the Halloween movie. Oh no, I was a kid.
SPEAKER_05:I thought you meant late teens, right? No. When did Halloween come out?
SPEAKER_03:Like 78.
SPEAKER_05:Okay, so I was I was born in 66. So 14, 15. So I was 10 and 6. Right. Oh, yeah.
SPEAKER_03:Yeah, yeah. So I was about 12, 13? Yeah. So that mask, as a lot of people don't know, it's a William Shatner. It's a William Shatner mask because they used to make masks back in the day, paint your own masks or something like that. Right. Or or or they painted away. I don't remember what they did. And they opened the holes up to make it look crazy. Oh, no. What it was is that they couldn't find a good enough mask. They didn't know what they wanted to do. They just put that in.
SPEAKER_04:So they sent one of the guys, one of the techs, sent him to the store, and all he could find that was like any kind of whatever that was left was the William Shatner mask. So when they brought it back to the set, they changed the haircut and wiped off as much of the regular makeup that was on it. And then they opened up the eyes and stuff like that. Yeah, to make that a little creepy shit.
SPEAKER_05:Yeah, they didn't think like that. Nope. Yeah, the William Shatner thing came that way. And they just did it up.
SPEAKER_04:Yeah, you Google that later. All right. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_03:If uh anybody if uh watching this, uh leave a comment if uh, you know. Yeah.
SPEAKER_00:If your name is Peyton and you know who I am, then oh, but if you're watching this right now on, yeah, you know exactly who I am.
SPEAKER_03:Even better. Let's talk about that. Two times we were at the flagship store, and the first time he didn't even know it because he hadn't started kindergarten yet. Okay. Exactly. You know, the uh the DJ is like, Where are you from? And like, we're from Butler, New Jersey. And like one of the dads and the kids walked up to us and like, we're from Butler too. And we find out it's a kid that he's starting in kindergarten with that year. Really? He's awesome. The year he went to kindergarten, and that's Kid Payton from his school. And then this year we went to flagship, not for grand opening, because they didn't have it this year, and we were like I said, we're and we just went on like a random day, and a kid that he goes to aftercare with was there.
SPEAKER_00:His name's PJ.
SPEAKER_03:That's right. This year, we this last weekend we we built all our animatronics. We put so because it's a lot of work to build them. We build them usually the weekend before we do our which is this weekend. We're doing our, you know, the first weekend of October.
SPEAKER_05:It's on Friday this year, Halloween. So So, real quick, you guys were right, of course. What does it say here? The story goes, the production team bought a generic mask made from William Shatner mold from Star Trek, altered it, cut the eye holes, tampered down the eyebrows, painted it white, and messed with the hair to create the blank, haunting face. And you know how long it was until I actually found that out. So I didn't we didn't know that from that back then when it came out and we would call those years. And then later on we found that that was what it was. We're like, get the whole time it was William Shatner. And you know what's cool?
SPEAKER_03:You know what? Also, a cool thing is they never on the credits, they never call him Michael Myers. They call him the shape. Really? If you go to the credits, I don't pin a go any of the uh Halloween original Halloween shapes, like I don't know if the newer ones say that, but if you go from like Halloween like one through like six, I guess. Is that the actor who played him? No, that's instead of calling him Michael Myers, they call him the shape. The shape?
SPEAKER_04:Why? That's real. That is what he's just the shape that's standing there chasing your head. Yeah, it's all over the place. Because he's always standing at the head. Then you look back, he's not there anymore. Yeah.
SPEAKER_03:I didn't Halloween, Michael Myers is supposed to be like the embodiment of just pure evil. Right. You know what I mean? That's a good mask, too. By the way, I'm evil. You know, I bought that mask and the jumpsuit.
SPEAKER_05:Yeah. All right. I was living in living in Middletown on Brookline and the backyard. Ha Haley's Haley's uh friends are from high school, right? Hanging out and they were doing the schmores and everything for Halloween. So I went out, I had a tree in the middle of the yard. And I hid behind the tree. I had the mask on, the jumpsuit, and I had the knife. Through a football team, bro. Football team. I jumped out and I would and I just I just walked out and stood there. Yeah. And they were like, what the f Yeah. And they started falling down. They knocked, almost knocked the fire down. They locked Haley and her other friend out, and then all the boys were in the house, they locked the door and they knocked the girls out. It was so hysterical. Dude, it was so funny. It was funny. And you know what's great about it is that I planned it too because Tanya told me she shouldn't have a friend, so and I'm laying in bed thinking about it, and I'm laughing out loud because I'm thinking, this is gonna be hysterical. I know it. And it worked out just the way I wanted it to, man. It was perfect. These guys basically knocked these girls down to get it to the house, locked them out of the house. It's funny as hell.
SPEAKER_00:Last yeah, Spirit Halloween 2023.
SPEAKER_05:What about 2025?
SPEAKER_00:We haven't gotten away.
SPEAKER_05:Okay. I had to tell that story, you know.
SPEAKER_00:So, like in 2023, we got all like biggest animatronic. It's still the biggest we have today.
SPEAKER_04:Which one? So which one is it?
SPEAKER_00:Stilts.
SPEAKER_04:He's like, Oh, yes, I've seen that. Yes, that's right.
SPEAKER_03:Now is skilled stilts a reskin of Cramp? No, no, not really. No, no, because his head spins. No, I was thinking of a Crouchy. No, he's not a Crouchy reskin.
SPEAKER_00:Crouchy reskin.
SPEAKER_03:Stilts, what is he again? Stilts is a like he so he's he's a clown who is on stilts. He's got tall. Oh right? And then what does he do? His head?
SPEAKER_00:So his head like spins dirty 360 degrees.
SPEAKER_05:Oh, I saw that one. I know which one you're talking about. I think I stamped on that one too. And he's holding bowling pins. And he's holding bowling phones. Don't touch the mic.
SPEAKER_03:You'll be all right, then the mic. He's holding bowling pins for whatever reason. Bowling pins? Yeah, he's holding bowling pins. Yeah, that's
SPEAKER_00:So we like go to that spear Halloween, we like buy stilts, but there's also another animatronic that we want, and we buy it too. It's actually right here.
SPEAKER_05:Okay. Watch watch your step. There you go. Got it. So that's the way you're going to go.
SPEAKER_03:We brought two animatronics.
SPEAKER_04:Move them over.
SPEAKER_03:Yeah, move them over changing. No, that's fine. It's right perfect. You can move it right in front of me. My face doesn't need to be in the picture.
SPEAKER_05:You can block my channel. Get right behind it and hook it up. All right.
SPEAKER_00:His name's Gordo.
SPEAKER_03:Gordo. That's Gordo. All right. Put it in the back. The mic will pick you up. Believe it or not, it'll pick you up. Put your finger in front or put your hand in front of the sensor so it sets it off. Is it plugged in? Technical tilty. Yeah. Please stand by while we okay. Now it goes. You can't lean on him though. Don't lean on it, it's not gonna pop up. And then you see his eyes guts. That is unplug them now. Pretty cool. Alright, away from the clothes, reset. Alright, you can um we can reset him later. It's fine. Alright, now put him back so he's off camera.
SPEAKER_05:Yeah. Life is rough, man. I got it. There you go. Just go, man. Just leave it up to you. Don't worry about it. Don't worry, no, no. Just leave it. Watch your take it easy. Okay, take it easy. Next time you come, we're gonna wrap you in bubble wrap.
SPEAKER_04:That was the other mo that was the other podcast.
SPEAKER_05:Yeah. We'll wrap him in bubble wrap next time he comes. Yeah, that's our wait, who chase? Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_03:That is not great. So that was 2023, right? And what oh, you forgot to what was the in-store experience for 2023? Do you remember? Was that the J Reapers? How do you guys remember that? I'm serious, bro.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah, I s yeah, Jay Reaper.
SPEAKER_03:That was J Reaper's laboratory. So it was supposed to be like a Jack Reaper, J Reaper's laboratory. Jack Reaper the the the the mascot for super holiday. Okay, gotcha. So that was supposed to be like a lab, you know, it was like the whole la laboratory. Right. Like you know, like haunted, you know, like Frankenstein type theme. And then and then 2024.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah.
SPEAKER_03:That was last year. What was so what was good about last year? Talk about talk about it.
SPEAKER_00:So last year uh it was like a carnival s scene. Okay and like so on the setup they like had these like tickets that said like corn evil. They were like three corn evil.
SPEAKER_04:Oh, carnival. And then like very clever tickets.
SPEAKER_00:They weren't even sick there. You you could like take them for free.
SPEAKER_03:Yeah, it was kind of cool. Yeah, yeah. Yeah. Oh, cool. Did you take any?
SPEAKER_00:I only have like a couple of them. You do?
SPEAKER_05:Oh, cool.
SPEAKER_03:I think it's collectible, you know.
SPEAKER_05:Yeah, you never know. One day it might be worth something. Yeah.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah, so like uh so like we go there and then like I see the stupidest idea of an animatronic ever.
SPEAKER_05:What was that?
SPEAKER_00:The name's Bobby Strings, and then like Bobby Strings?
SPEAKER_05:Bob Bobby Strings. Bobby Strinks, hey.
SPEAKER_00:So stupid, though.
SPEAKER_05:Bobby Strings, how you throwing away.
SPEAKER_00:Shouldn't it? You think it would be hanged on a tree, right?
SPEAKER_04:Okay, maybe.
SPEAKER_05:Go ahead.
SPEAKER_04:I'm you would think, yeah.
SPEAKER_00:And then you have to actually set up like the thing that holds him, and then there's like actual wood, I think, that needs to be like on the top.
SPEAKER_03:Well, maybe, maybe, maybe they did that because for people like us who don't really have a tree to hang him from. Right, that's true. So you can do it the other way, I guess.
SPEAKER_05:Right.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah, but the thing is he and my mom literally, we all agree that it's like He being your dad, you mean, right?
SPEAKER_05:Yeah. Okay, the judge. Okay.
SPEAKER_00:Mom, me, Mom, me, we all agree that like it's the stupidest animatronic in the world.
SPEAKER_05:Well, you know what? Once in a while you're gonna get that. That happens in life.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah, it does.
SPEAKER_05:And they'll like But think of all the other ones that are really cool, though, that you've been talking about.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah, that's true. So, like, there's this um spider animatronic. I really wanted it, but I like didn't get it. I ended up getting something. What did I even get last year?
SPEAKER_05:Can't even remember. Last year. Can you remember what year well that but you can't remember which one it was?
SPEAKER_03:Tara, you know which one we got last year?
SPEAKER_05:Yeah, no, no. So go through her data bank. Yeah, yeah. How many animatronics do you have total?
SPEAKER_00:Uh I think I think 16. Wow.
SPEAKER_05:Jeez. You're gonna have to build you're gonna have to build the shed out back to put them all away.
SPEAKER_03:Okay. Okay. I think those are good too. Those are pretty cool. We ended up having we got a cool one from Lowe's, but end up breaking. We returned it. It was it was a Chucky. It was a roaming Chucky doll, right? He like he would like move around, right? Is that what he did? Yeah. Which which those were popular at Spirit Halloween. They stopped really making the roamers, but those were ones that would like it's like a roomba, basically. It was like on a roomba it would like go around and you know?
SPEAKER_00:You know, you could just buy a chucky doll.
SPEAKER_03:The base was like a roomba, basically. Gotcha. Yeah.
SPEAKER_00:Basically, if you have like robot vacuum or roomba, you could just buy a chucky doll for like maybe like$40 or something. Really? It was like on there. And like, boom, you're done. And like the Rome thing was like the Roomba Chunky was like$80.
SPEAKER_05:Yeah, right. That's craziness. Yeah. So maybe if you buy the right, but if you buy the vacuum and then you buy it a doll, it might come out to more money, though. Right.
SPEAKER_03:But you know what, you know what we love about Spirit Halloween also. Besides, I mean, we've been talking all about animatronics, but we geek out at the home decor section. We actually start, we actually put up like some stuff full-time. Excuse me? We we we like we have stuff full time up really around. Nice.
SPEAKER_05:So you put like shower curtains up and stuff like that?
SPEAKER_00:So like he has we bought a we bought like a a zombie baby chair, and like we have Yeah, we have Z he has the zombie.
SPEAKER_03:That's another thing he collects, the zombie babies. Tell them about the zombie. Okay, go away. Finish the stuff that you guys got for the house. Yeah, yeah. So yeah, so we got some paintings, like the oil, like you have the same one you have, the the Michael Marsbudge. Michael Marsbell. Okay. So we bought a bunch of those. We put them all in our hallway. Gotcha. It's cool. And then wait, the like the shower curtain is like, what is that? Like a skull shower curtain? Oh, it's spiderwork.
SPEAKER_00:And then like when you walk out of the bathroom, tell them about that. That's in the world.
SPEAKER_03:So that's the coolest one is that we got that oil painting, and it's the Grady sisters from The Shining. Oh, when you will come out of the hallway with a painting of them, they're like, dude.
SPEAKER_00:It's so creepy. Like, I want to take it out because I'm creeped out.
SPEAKER_05:Have you ever seen the movie? He hasn't seen the movie. No. Not yet.
SPEAKER_01:That is see, you're not just a Miss Young.
SPEAKER_03:Yeah. It's not yet. It's funny because I just made a video recently about that. Talking about that. Is like The Shining is like one of the scarier movies.
SPEAKER_05:And like you mentioned the last time we talked about psychological because it's so it's all about mind games and everything, you know, and it messes with your head.
SPEAKER_03:And just like that creepy, eerie feeling. Yeah. So when you see when you come out of our bathroom every time, it's the greatest and sloss. And that's not just for Halloween, that's year around. You get creeped up by the Greatest List. Very cool.
SPEAKER_00:The thing is, Spear Halloween made two Terrifier animatronics. One left like the normal Terrifier for$200. It's so stupid though. The Santa one is$81. Why don't you just buy the Santa Claus clothes and just pour fake blood on it and just pull it on him?
SPEAKER_04:Now, do you put the Santa Claus one up during Christmas?
SPEAKER_00:What?
SPEAKER_04:Do you put the Santa Claus uh animatronic up during Christmas?
SPEAKER_00:I don't have the terrifier animatronic.
SPEAKER_04:Oh, I thought you did.
SPEAKER_00:This thing is, like, the terrifier, he won't let me watch that.
SPEAKER_04:Yeah, no, that's away from that one. Yeah, sorry, sorry.
SPEAKER_05:Like I said in the other episode, I can't even say how gory. No, that's it's no, just like.
SPEAKER_00:And like, so the thing is. One of my friends, like, has a like one of my friends has an older sister, right? She was in the movie.
SPEAKER_05:Oh, no kidding. Really?
SPEAKER_00:She was like, she's not even a while.
SPEAKER_05:Sure, all right, but she was in the movie though, right?
SPEAKER_03:Because uh in one of the scenes when they got sent on Santa Claus's lap. Oh, really? I didn't see why I haven't seen the third one yet.
SPEAKER_05:So you can just I haven't seen any of them. Oh. No. Yeah. I'm not watching that, man. Dude. I'm not doing it.
SPEAKER_00:That's stuff. Watch the first one.
SPEAKER_05:Yeah. I can't. It's too it's too gory.
SPEAKER_00:Exactly! That's why he won't let me watch it.
SPEAKER_05:Of course. Well, you're yeah, well, he's the right he's doing the right thing. Supposedly. And I want to damage you early.
SPEAKER_03:Supposedly, like people are throwing up in the movie theater for screening. Listen, I remember the first time I saw it. I saw Jaws when I throw up.
SPEAKER_05:But I went to see Jaws and I was too young to see that when it came out. Right. And I went to see it. It scared the living hell out of me. The movie was scary, you know? But so I'm thinking, yeah, no, you gotta wait till at least 35 to watch.
SPEAKER_03:35. 35. Oh, shit.
SPEAKER_05:Yeah, you gotta have to wait till you're 30s to watch that movie.
SPEAKER_00:But it sounds what?
SPEAKER_03:Years old.
SPEAKER_05:Yeah, yeah. Now, okay, 22.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah.
SPEAKER_04:22 years old. I could work with that. Yeah, 22 years old is when you could see it. That's it.
SPEAKER_00:I would say 22 years old. I would say that's like not that bad.
SPEAKER_03:Don't worry. Don't worry. Yeah, yeah. Don't worry.
SPEAKER_00:That's bad, so like 22 years old, but at the point gets to like 30. It's like it's like a little bad, but not that bad. Where it gets to 35, I'm like, oh, this is old. And then it gets to 40, I'm like, oh hell no.
SPEAKER_03:Yeah, guess what I mean? Let's talk about another thing about Spirit Halloween. Talk about the YouTube thing with Spirit Halloween. There's YouTubers now who have whole channels that like about this point. Pretty much it's they're like Halloween centric, but like their main stuff is like like Okay. Let's talk about Nate Guy on YouTube. That's his name. Nate Guy. That's why you can get in that room that day. That's why. Again, if you're watching this Nate the Dog Man, I kept saying Nate Guy because of that YouTube channel. That's point. Anyway, so Nate Guy on YouTube, right?
SPEAKER_00:Yeah.
SPEAKER_03:Okay.
SPEAKER_00:So he's like this dude who like he's like into spirit.
SPEAKER_03:I mean so much like he travels around the country and goes to different ones and he spends like an hour in the store talking about he has like nicknames for the animatronics. No, of all the stores the same or different though.
SPEAKER_00:Well, the same with harm.
SPEAKER_03:Okay.
SPEAKER_00:He used to call the No Little Girl Dangly Legs.
SPEAKER_03:Hello, Miss Dangly Legs. Or like the cat. Be careful. Be careful. There's secrets here. He got to meet Nate Guy when he went to the city. And that's the other thing. During the flagship, everybody goes to this shit. Like YouTubers go to it. So we got to meet Nate Guy. And who's your other Brick Thunder?
SPEAKER_00:Yeah, Brick Thunder.
SPEAKER_03:Who he his name Brick Thunder is because he was he started off as like a Minecraft channel and then he got into the Halloween thing. So that's what his Minecraft is. Yes. Yeah, and that's that was his Minecraft handle.
SPEAKER_00:Oh.
SPEAKER_03:Brick Thunder.
SPEAKER_00:The thing is, also, I like was like it's flagship, and like we found like these people named Spook365, and like we like got to meet them, and I actually played with them.
SPEAKER_03:Yeah, there were two kids and they did they do the same, they go over the the Spirit Halloween and they have the Amazon.
SPEAKER_04:Don't you have a I thought Chase had a YouTube channel?
SPEAKER_03:It's not really active anymore. But he he did have a YouTube channel for a while.
SPEAKER_05:Yeah. Yeah, he did.
SPEAKER_06:Yeah.
SPEAKER_05:We said your dad showed us some of those videos. They were really good. They were cool. Yeah, you gotta start doing it again.
SPEAKER_03:Yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah.
SPEAKER_03:So what about the um we'll we're almost getting ready to wrap up. So we did mention the zombie babies. Do you want to talk about the zombie babies and what they are?
SPEAKER_00:So the zombie babies are like these like creepy like babies, like with like random stuff in their hands. So like they came out with one with like ice cream he's eating. Like the ice cream is glass and there's like grass on his face.
SPEAKER_04:Oh, get out of here.
SPEAKER_00:And then they also made horror babies. Like and then the babies of like the horror guys, they made it.
SPEAKER_03:Oh yeah, so now that we have like a little baby of like of uh ghost face killer. Like I got him, like a baby. We don't have this yet. Oh yeah, yeah, there's this the baby Michael Myers. He's got it. What?
SPEAKER_00:Yeah.
SPEAKER_03:So and then of course we had to get the burrito baby because that was the nickname that that Nate guy gave it. Burrito baby, which is it was like a swaddled zombie baby. So the nickname was burrito baby.
SPEAKER_00:So we had to get the burrito baby.
unknown:Yeah.
SPEAKER_03:It doesn't work the other way.
SPEAKER_05:You gotta stay in front of it. Yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_00:Oh, okay. Burrito baby. Burrito ba.
SPEAKER_05:That is good.
SPEAKER_00:Wait, hold on, wait. I'm gonna try to sound like AI.
SPEAKER_05:Now, did you say for the scary stuff at Six Flags? I don't mean to change the subject, but real quick. Yeah, we went to Six Flags. So you went through the things and everything? We didn't do any of the haunted stuff.
SPEAKER_03:Okay.
SPEAKER_00:We didn't pay.
SPEAKER_03:Yeah, it's like because we didn't know if he's gonna because he loves the spooky stuff, but he doesn't like getting scared.
SPEAKER_01:So you train like spooky.
SPEAKER_00:They were like scaring me out of nowhere. I was like freaked out.
SPEAKER_03:Yeah, because they walk around with the chainsaws and stuff and the carriage and the chit's the first year that they charge extra now for the Halloween stuff. What? Yeah, now you have to pay an extra fee. It's shit. Yeah.
SPEAKER_00:Like it actually is shit. All right.
SPEAKER_03:Hey, some cursing.
SPEAKER_05:You can't curse in my house. Yes, I can't. No, no. This is my house. No, it's my house. Oh, really? Oh well, okay. It's fine and worse. All right, well, we're over with the small cast now. We see you outside of New York.
SPEAKER_03:No, but yeah, so they so we're like, I know. So we just but but they still have like characters and stuff.
SPEAKER_04:It's boy. Oh, it's crazy. I didn't know they did that. Wow. You guys gotta go to the one in um in Florida at uh Universal Studios. That one was awesome. I did that one time. Yeah. Oh huge.
SPEAKER_03:And I bet because they have licenses for Universal movies, they must have whatever hard.
SPEAKER_04:What they do is that stuff. Everybody, the regular tourists and stuff are running around to the boat. You went there already, so you know. So they everybody's in there regular during the day, right? From open until like five o'clock. Right. Then they kick out the regular people. Uh and then you have the special ticket to go in there first.
SPEAKER_05:Yeah, you go in for everybody who was in there for the day, they can't say unless they have a ticket.
SPEAKER_03:They do have the classic monsters there. Because everybody used to do a show where like they would sing. It was like a musical. They had some good stuff, man. They did. Tanya and I went to most of most of them.
SPEAKER_00:When he hits like 15 six, yeah, then you gotta take them down for that. Yeah, that was true. They had a bunch of Halloween stuff.
SPEAKER_05:They all do. I think all of them do it. Really? Tony Park does it, uh, Hershey does it. Yeah, Lake Flags does it. They all do it. They all do the Halloween babies. We better do that next year. I'd like to go to Hershey and check that out. Hershey is nice.
SPEAKER_03:They bought it in 2024, right?
SPEAKER_00:And then oh, we go there and they have a bunch of Halloween stuff out. And like, um, Mom, she wants to go on the Wild Mouse coaster with me. We win an hour long.
SPEAKER_05:That's a good roller coaster. I like that one too, believe it or not.
SPEAKER_00:We go on an hour long.
SPEAKER_05:I love that. I know, dude. That's it. Don't look on the side, don't look on the side.
SPEAKER_02:So this was an episode, Jay.
SPEAKER_05:Yes, this was good. So thank you so much for coming on for us and hanging out and telling us about it. Thank you.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah? So actually, let's wrap it up with this. Uh so like today, they like did a giveaway. Like, if you like bought like an item at Spear, like it's like it's like a one-time thing. Like, it's like limited, but they also do it other years. Like, so like they give you like a butterfinger tote bag. Oh yeah.
SPEAKER_06:Yeah, I guess.
SPEAKER_00:Like they also give you a butterfinger in case you've never had one.
SPEAKER_04:Yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_00:I I've never had one, so I tried it, and I love it.
SPEAKER_04:Yeah, you heard it now, it's over. That is all right. Well, thank you for coming. Yeah, thank you, sir. Appreciate the time.
SPEAKER_05:We're gonna close it up. Pencilcinder, get us in.
SPEAKER_04:Really? Yeah. So thank you all for listening and watching. Thank you all. Peace and hair grease.
SPEAKER_05:Live long and prosper. Stay spooky.
